Ginny Koseruba began her career in aviation as an Avionics technician after graduating from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. She joined Cascade Aerospace in 2004 as an apprentice and becoming a licensed AME while gaining experience on a number of different A/C types and obtaining endorsements on both the C130 E/H and J model. After gaining additional manufacturing and planning experience in a leadership role in the Avionics shop, she successively progressed through the Maintenance Planning department promoting in 2015 to the role of Supervisor. During her time in Planning she was a critical player on commercial checks, major mod lines and prototype installations for Lockheed Martin, L3 and various other customers. In 2017 Ginny promoted to her current role as Program Manager, where amongst other responsibilities she manages both the third line Maintenance on the C130 J’s for Lockheed Martin and RCAF, as well as the speed mod line LDS cockpit conversion upgrade for a large US carrier on their fleet of seventy-five Boeing 757’s.
